歷史(shi)進(jin)程。習近(jin)平總(zong)(zong)書記在(zai)(zai)慶祝中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)共產(chan)黨成(cheng)立100周年大會上的重要講話中(zhong)(zhong)指出,中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)近(jin)代(dai)(dai)歷史(shi)曾(ceng)遭(zao)遇“國(guo)(guo)(guo)家蒙辱、人民蒙難、文明(ming)(ming)蒙塵”,這(zhe)里(li)說(shuo)(shuo)的文明(ming)(ming)蒙塵,就是(shi)指中(zhong)(zhong)華文明(ming)(ming)在(zai)(zai)融入世(shi)界現代(dai)(dai)化潮(chao)流后的初始境遇。為救亡圖存(cun),中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)人開始只能向西(xi)方學(xue)習。中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)的現代(dai)(dai)化,經(jing)歷過(guo)洋務(wu)運動(dong)、戊(wu)戌變法、清末新政、辛(xin)亥革命、五四新文化運動(dong)等探索(suo),總(zong)(zong)體上說(shuo)(shuo),都(dou)是(shi)在(zai)(zai)西(xi)方資本主義文明(ming)(ming)框(kuang)架(jia)內追求和探索(suo)現代(dai)(dai)化道路的。但這(zhe)也說(shuo)(shuo)明(ming)(ming),中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)的現代(dai)(dai)化理論和實踐,是(shi)從近(jin)代(dai)(dai)以來逐步開始自覺推動(dong)的。

這種自覺在(zai)20世(shi)紀30年代(dai)(dai)中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)知(zhi)識界的(de)(de)思考中(zhong)十分明(ming)顯。1933年7月,知(zhi)識界發起(qi)(qi)了(le)(le)一(yi)(yi)(yi)場討(tao)論,并提出了(le)(le)幾個(ge)問(wen)題:第(di)一(yi)(yi)(yi),中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)的(de)(de)現(xian)(xian)代(dai)(dai)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)要(yao)具備(bei)哪些先決條件;第(di)二(er),中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)的(de)(de)現(xian)(xian)代(dai)(dai)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)是在(zai)個(ge)人主(zhu)義(yi)(yi)的(de)(de)基礎(chu)上搞(gao)現(xian)(xian)代(dai)(dai)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua),還是以(yi)社會(hui)主(zhu)義(yi)(yi)的(de)(de)方式(shi)搞(gao)現(xian)(xian)代(dai)(dai)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua);第(di)三(san)(san),外國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)資(zi)(zi)本和國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)民資(zi)(zi)本在(zai)中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)的(de)(de)現(xian)(xian)代(dai)(dai)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)中(zhong)到底起(qi)(qi)什么(me)作用。這些問(wen)題得出三(san)(san)種回(hui)答:第(di)一(yi)(yi)(yi),主(zhu)張搞(gao)社會(hui)主(zhu)義(yi)(yi)式(shi)的(de)(de)中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)現(xian)(xian)代(dai)(dai)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua);第(di)二(er),主(zhu)張搞(gao)資(zi)(zi)本主(zhu)義(yi)(yi)式(shi)的(de)(de)中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)現(xian)(xian)代(dai)(dai)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua);第(di)三(san)(san),主(zhu)張搞(gao)社會(hui)主(zhu)義(yi)(yi)和資(zi)(zi)本主(zhu)義(yi)(yi)結合起(qi)(qi)來的(de)(de)中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)現(xian)(xian)代(dai)(dai)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)。

事實(shi)(shi)上(shang)(shang),在(zai)(zai)此(ci)之前也(ye)包括(kuo)此(ci)后的(de)(de)(de)長期奮斗,中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)共產黨(dang)實(shi)(shi)際上(shang)(shang)就(jiu)是(shi)在(zai)(zai)解決(jue)一個(ge)問(wen)題,即怎么(me)為中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)的(de)(de)(de)現代(dai)(dai)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)創(chuang)造(zao)條件(jian),也(ye)就(jiu)是(shi)在(zai)(zai)回答那(nei)場討論(lun)中(zhong)(zhong)提出的(de)(de)(de)解決(jue)哪些(xie)先(xian)決(jue)條件(jian)的(de)(de)(de)問(wen)題。把理論(lun)和(he)(he)實(shi)(shi)踐結合起來(lai)探索和(he)(he)推(tui)進現代(dai)(dai)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)(de)歷(li)史(shi)重任,不可(ke)避免地落(luo)到(dao)中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)共產黨(dang)人(ren)的(de)(de)(de)身上(shang)(shang)。新(xin)民主(zhu)主(zhu)義革(ge)命的(de)(de)(de)成功,為中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)現代(dai)(dai)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)創(chuang)造(zao)了(le)根本(ben)社會(hui)(hui)條件(jian),再經歷(li)社會(hui)(hui)主(zhu)義革(ge)命和(he)(he)建(jian)設的(de)(de)(de)展開,改(gai)革(ge)開放和(he)(he)社會(hui)(hui)主(zhu)義現代(dai)(dai)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)建(jian)設的(de)(de)(de)推(tui)進,中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)特色社會(hui)(hui)主(zhu)義新(xin)時(shi)代(dai)(dai)的(de)(de)(de)創(chuang)新(xin)突破,中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)式(shi)現代(dai)(dai)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)更加(jia)清晰、更加(jia)科學(xue)、更加(jia)可(ke)感(gan)可(ke)行,與(yu)此(ci)相(xiang)應(ying),一種新(xin)的(de)(de)(de)人(ren)類文明(ming)形態也(ye)越(yue)(yue)來(lai)越(yue)(yue)清晰、越(yue)(yue)來(lai)越(yue)(yue)科學(xue)、越(yue)(yue)來(lai)越(yue)(yue)可(ke)感(gan)可(ke)行。中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)式(shi)現代(dai)(dai)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)(de)五個(ge)“中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)特色”和(he)(he)九條“本(ben)質要求”,實(shi)(shi)際上(shang)(shang)就(jiu)是(shi)對這種人(ren)類文明(ming)新(xin)形態理論(lun)和(he)(he)實(shi)(shi)踐特征的(de)(de)(de)概括(kuo)。

思(si)想基(ji)礎。在推(tui)進和拓(tuo)展中(zhong)國(guo)式(shi)現代化進程中(zhong),中(zhong)國(guo)共產黨著眼于馬克思(si)主(zhu)義與(yu)中(zhong)國(guo)具體實際、與(yu)中(zhong)華(hua)優秀(xiu)傳統文(wen)化的“兩個結合”,這是形成人類文(wen)明新形態的思(si)想基(ji)礎。

中(zhong)國共產黨人是中(zhong)華民族的(de)(de)(de)優秀兒女,不僅在(zai)中(zhong)華優秀傳統文化的(de)(de)(de)繼承、弘揚、發(fa)展上擁(yong)有(you)高度的(de)(de)(de)自覺,在(zai)中(zhong)華民族現代(dai)文明的(de)(de)(de)創造、積累和發(fa)展上擁(yong)有(you)巨大(da)的(de)(de)(de)勇氣(qi)、責任(ren)心(xin)和使命感,而且把馬(ma)克(ke)思(si)(si)主義寫在(zai)自己的(de)(de)(de)思(si)(si)想旗幟上,精神上由被動變(bian)為(wei)了主動,更加自覺和有(you)效(xiao)地把馬(ma)克(ke)思(si)(si)主義與中(zhong)國具體實際、與中(zhong)華優秀傳統文化進行結合。

精神品格。黨的二(er)十大報告(gao)以“六個(ge)必(bi)須(xu)堅(jian)持(chi)”闡(chan)述了習近平(ping)新時代(dai)中國特色社(she)會(hui)主(zhu)義思想的世(shi)(shi)界(jie)(jie)觀和(he)方法(fa)論,其中之一(yi)就(jiu)(jiu)是(shi)(shi)“必(bi)須(xu)堅(jian)持(chi)胸(xiong)(xiong)懷天下”,只有(you)胸(xiong)(xiong)懷天下,才能(neng)夠為(wei)人類(lei)創造文(wen)明新形(xing)態,才能(neng)夠為(wei)人類(lei)作出更大貢(gong)獻。胸(xiong)(xiong)懷天下有(you)兩層含義:一(yi)是(shi)(shi)吸收別人的東西;二(er)是(shi)(shi)把自己的東西在(zai)世(shi)(shi)界(jie)(jie)舞(wu)臺上去運用、去貢(gong)獻,為(wei)解決(jue)全(quan)人類(lei)共同(tong)面臨(lin)的問題拿出中國方案。“人類(lei)文(wen)明新形(xing)態”就(jiu)(jiu)是(shi)(shi)這(zhe)樣(yang)的。

它背后的(de)(de)(de)邏輯支撐是(shi)(shi)什么?黨(dang)的(de)(de)(de)二(er)十(shi)大(da)報(bao)告(gao)表述得很清楚(chu):“中(zhong)國(guo)共產黨(dang)是(shi)(shi)為(wei)中(zhong)國(guo)人民(min)謀幸福、為(wei)中(zhong)華民(min)族(zu)謀復(fu)興的(de)(de)(de)黨(dang),也(ye)(ye)是(shi)(shi)為(wei)人類(lei)謀進步、為(wei)世界(jie)謀大(da)同(tong)的(de)(de)(de)黨(dang)。”“為(wei)人類(lei)謀進步、為(wei)世界(jie)謀大(da)同(tong)”,就是(shi)(shi)一(yi)種(zhong)胸懷(huai)天(tian)下的(de)(de)(de)品(pin)格(ge)。正是(shi)(shi)因為(wei)有(you)(you)胸懷(huai)天(tian)下的(de)(de)(de)立場、出(chu)發點和(he)世界(jie)觀、方(fang)法論(lun),我(wo)們(men)才有(you)(you)可能在(zai)現代(dai)化(hua)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)創(chuang)造(zao)(zao)屬(shu)于(yu)人類(lei)的(de)(de)(de)一(yi)種(zhong)文明(ming)新(xin)形態,而且這個過(guo)程(cheng)不(bu)光是(shi)(shi)邏輯推導,它也(ye)(ye)是(shi)(shi)一(yi)種(zhong)實(shi)實(shi)在(zai)在(zai)的(de)(de)(de)理念(nian)和(he)行動(dong)。從(cong)毛(mao)澤東同(tong)志提出(chu)“環球(qiu)同(tong)此涼(liang)熱(re)”的(de)(de)(de)文明(ming)期許,到習近平總書記(ji)把“構(gou)建人類(lei)命運共同(tong)體”作為(wei)中(zhong)國(guo)式(shi)現代(dai)化(hua)的(de)(de)(de)一(yi)個本質要求,體現了中(zhong)國(guo)共產黨(dang)人一(yi)以貫之的(de)(de)(de)胸懷(huai)天(tian)下的(de)(de)(de)精(jing)神品(pin)格(ge),這也(ye)(ye)是(shi)(shi)中(zhong)國(guo)式(shi)現代(dai)化(hua)能夠創(chuang)造(zao)(zao)人類(lei)文明(ming)新(xin)形態的(de)(de)(de)思想前提。中(zhong)國(guo)式(shi)現代(dai)化(hua)創(chuang)造(zao)(zao)的(de)(de)(de)文明(ming)新(xin)形態,之所以屬(shu)于(yu)“人類(lei)”,是(shi)(shi)因為(wei)它超越了種(zhong)族(zu)、文化(hua)、國(guo)家的(de)(de)(de)界(jie)限,是(shi)(shi)你中(zhong)有(you)(you)我(wo)、我(wo)中(zhong)有(you)(you)你的(de)(de)(de)世界(jie)文明(ming)建設的(de)(de)(de)“中(zhong)國(guo)方(fang)案”。

實踐依據(ju)。在推(tui)進和拓(tuo)展中(zhong)國式現(xian)(xian)(xian)代(dai)化進程中(zhong),著眼(yan)于社(she)會(hui)全(quan)面進步和人(ren)的全(quan)面發展,是(shi)(shi)創(chuang)造(zao)人(ren)類(lei)文(wen)(wen)明(ming)新(xin)形態(tai)的實踐依據(ju)。習近(jin)平(ping)總書記指(zhi)出(chu)(chu),“現(xian)(xian)(xian)代(dai)化的本質(zhi)是(shi)(shi)人(ren)的現(xian)(xian)(xian)代(dai)化”。中(zhong)國式現(xian)(xian)(xian)代(dai)化從(cong)來都是(shi)(shi)以人(ren)民為中(zhong)心(xin)在各個領域(yu)全(quan)面推(tui)進的現(xian)(xian)(xian)代(dai)化。社(she)會(hui)全(quan)面進步和人(ren)的全(quan)面發展,是(shi)(shi)馬克思主義為人(ren)類(lei)社(she)會(hui)發展指(zhi)出(chu)(chu)的文(wen)(wen)明(ming)目標。中(zhong)國式現(xian)(xian)(xian)代(dai)化是(shi)(shi)創(chuang)造(zao)人(ren)類(lei)文(wen)(wen)明(ming)新(xin)形態(tai)的中(zhong)國途(tu)徑、中(zhong)國方式。

中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)式現(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)代(dai)化(hua)(hua)(hua)超越了(le)工(gong)業文(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)單向度追(zhui)求(qiu),是各領域文(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)協(xie)調發展(zhan)(zhan)和(he)全方(fang)位覆(fu)蓋(gai)的(de)現(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)代(dai)化(hua)(hua)(hua)。諸如,在(zai)物質文(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)建(jian)設(she)(she)和(he)經濟發展(zhan)(zhan)途(tu)徑方(fang)面,在(zai)社(she)(she)會(hui)(hui)主(zhu)義(yi)(yi)基(ji)本經濟制度的(de)支撐(cheng)下,努力建(jian)成(cheng)現(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)代(dai)化(hua)(hua)(hua)經濟體(ti)系,形(xing)成(cheng)新發展(zhan)(zhan)格局,基(ji)本實現(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)新型(xing)工(gong)業化(hua)(hua)(hua)、信息化(hua)(hua)(hua)、城鎮化(hua)(hua)(hua)、農業現(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)代(dai)化(hua)(hua)(hua);在(zai)政(zheng)治文(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)和(he)制度文(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)建(jian)設(she)(she)方(fang)面,在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)共(gong)產(chan)黨領導下,發展(zhan)(zhan)全過程(cheng)人(ren)民(min)民(min)主(zhu)、全面依法治國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)、推進(jin)(jin)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)家治理體(ti)系和(he)治理能力現(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)代(dai)化(hua)(hua)(hua),形(xing)成(cheng)了(le)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)特色(se)社(she)(she)會(hui)(hui)主(zhu)義(yi)(yi)政(zheng)治發展(zhan)(zhan)道(dao)路(lu);在(zai)精神文(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)和(he)思(si)想文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)領域,形(xing)成(cheng)了(le)由中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)華優(you)秀(xiu)傳統文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)、革命文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)和(he)社(she)(she)會(hui)(hui)主(zhu)義(yi)(yi)先進(jin)(jin)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)構筑起來的(de)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)特色(se)社(she)(she)會(hui)(hui)主(zhu)義(yi)(yi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)道(dao)路(lu);在(zai)社(she)(she)會(hui)(hui)文(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)建(jian)設(she)(she)和(he)社(she)(she)會(hui)(hui)治理領域,則是以(yi)全面建(jian)成(cheng)社(she)(she)會(hui)(hui)主(zhu)義(yi)(yi)現(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)代(dai)化(hua)(hua)(hua)強國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo),實現(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)華民(min)族偉大(da)復興(xing)為(wei)戰(zhan)略目標,堅持以(yi)人(ren)民(min)為(wei)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心的(de)發展(zhan)(zhan)思(si)想,鞏固民(min)族團(tuan)結、保持社(she)(she)會(hui)(hui)和(he)諧穩定、創造美好生活、促進(jin)(jin)共(gong)同富(fu)裕;在(zai)生態文(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)建(jian)設(she)(she)方(fang)面,“生態興(xing)則文(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)興(xing),生態衰則文(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)衰”的(de)理念已經深入(ru)人(ren)心,生態環(huan)境的(de)變遷(qian)決定著人(ren)類文(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)的(de)興(xing)衰,既(ji)是歷史經驗,也是文(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)發展(zhan)(zhan)的(de)規律,所以(yi),中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)式現(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)代(dai)化(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)一大(da)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)特色(se),就是人(ren)與自然和(he)諧共(gong)生。

以上這些中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)式(shi)現代化(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)文明(ming)性特征,有(you)(you)實(shi)(shi)踐(jian)途徑(jing),有(you)(you)理論闡述,有(you)(you)制度(du)保證(zheng),還(huan)有(you)(you)社(she)(she)會主義核心價值(zhi)觀的(de)(de)支撐(cheng)。因此(ci),一(yi)(yi)(yi)種有(you)(you)別于(yu)西方既有(you)(you)文明(ming)形(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)態(tai)(tai)的(de)(de)、屬于(yu)人(ren)類文明(ming)新形(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)態(tai)(tai)的(de)(de)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)華(hua)民族現代文明(ming),是一(yi)(yi)(yi)種真實(shi)(shi)而(er)立體的(de)(de)存在(zai)。可(ke)以說,中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)式(shi)現代化(hua)(hua),歸根(gen)結底是中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)特色(se)社(she)(she)會主義現代化(hua)(hua),也可(ke)視為(wei)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)特色(se)社(she)(she)會主義新文明(ming)。它是中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)為(wei)解決世(shi)界(jie)現代化(hua)(hua)進程中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)面臨的(de)(de)共同問題,為(wei)昭(zhao)示人(ren)類文明(ming)發展方向、引(yin)領(ling)世(shi)界(jie)文明(ming)進步潮流(liu)貢獻的(de)(de)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)方案(an)和(he)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)智慧。中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)式(shi)現代化(hua)(hua)和(he)人(ren)類文明(ming)新形(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)態(tai)(tai)擁(yong)有(you)(you)的(de)(de)綜合優勢,實(shi)(shi)際上就是中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)道(dao)路的(de)(de)綜合優勢。當(dang)然,在(zai)推(tui)進和(he)拓展中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)式(shi)現代化(hua)(hua)進程中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)呈現出來的(de)(de)人(ren)類文明(ming)新形(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)態(tai)(tai),和(he)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)式(shi)現代化(hua)(hua)一(yi)(yi)(yi)樣,還(huan)在(zai)繼續探索和(he)發展之中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)。

人類文明新形態體現了中華文明的突出特性

中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)有(you)長(chang)期延續發展而從(cong)未中(zhong)(zhong)斷過的文(wen)化,形成(cheng)了獨(du)具特色、博(bo)大精深的價(jia)值(zhi)和(he)文(wen)明(ming)(ming)體系(xi),這在世界上是(shi)獨(du)一無二的。中(zhong)(zhong)華優秀傳統文(wen)化有(you)很(hen)多重要(yao)元(yuan)素,共同塑(su)造出中(zhong)(zhong)華文(wen)明(ming)(ming)的突出特性,進而決定和(he)影(ying)響著中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)式現代化和(he)人類文(wen)明(ming)(ming)新形態的創(chuang)造過程及特點。

第(di)一,中(zhong)(zhong)華文(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)具有(you)突(tu)出(chu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)連續(xu)性(xing)(xing)(xing),從(cong)根本上決(jue)定了中(zhong)(zhong)華民族(zu)必然走自(zi)(zi)己(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)路,在(zai)探(tan)索和(he)推(tui)(tui)進中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)式(shi)(shi)現(xian)(xian)代化進程中(zhong)(zhong)自(zi)(zi)覺地創造(zao)人(ren)類文(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)新(xin)形態(tai)(tai)。人(ren)類文(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)新(xin)形態(tai)(tai)是在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)華五千多(duo)年文(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)深(shen)厚基礎上形成(cheng)和(he)發(fa)(fa)展起來的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)。中(zhong)(zhong)華文(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)突(tu)出(chu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)連續(xu)性(xing)(xing)(xing)不(bu)僅指歷(li)史悠(you)久(jiu),沒有(you)中(zhong)(zhong)斷,更指中(zhong)(zhong)華文(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)體系擁(yong)有(you)牢固的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)主體意(yi)識、堅韌的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)抗壓能力(li)、深(shen)厚的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)內生動力(li)和(he)寬廣的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)創新(xin)發(fa)(fa)展空間(jian)。中(zhong)(zhong)華文(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)連續(xu)性(xing)(xing)(xing),可(ke)(ke)以(yi)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)化為(wei)一種文(wen)(wen)(wen)化自(zi)(zi)信,成(cheng)為(wei)中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)近(jin)代以(yi)來擺脫“文(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)蒙塵”的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)重要(yao)條件;中(zhong)(zhong)華文(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)連續(xu)性(xing)(xing)(xing),可(ke)(ke)以(yi)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)化為(wei)一種國(guo)(guo)情意(yi)識,成(cheng)為(wei)探(tan)索和(he)推(tui)(tui)進中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)式(shi)(shi)現(xian)(xian)代化的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化土壤;中(zhong)(zhong)華文(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)連續(xu)性(xing)(xing)(xing),可(ke)(ke)以(yi)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)化為(wei)一種主體自(zi)(zi)覺,成(cheng)為(wei)獨立自(zi)(zi)主推(tui)(tui)進和(he)拓展中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)式(shi)(shi)現(xian)(xian)代化的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)思想(xiang)方法和(he)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化動力(li);中(zhong)(zhong)華文(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)連續(xu)性(xing)(xing)(xing),可(ke)(ke)以(yi)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)化為(wei)革故鼎新(xin)、繼往開來的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)歷(li)史發(fa)(fa)展觀(guan)和(he)守正(zheng)不(bu)守舊、尊古不(bu)復古的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)進取精神,從(cong)而賦能中(zhong)(zhong)華民族(zu)現(xian)(xian)代文(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)創造(zao)和(he)建設,對(dui)人(ren)類文(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)新(xin)形態(tai)(tai)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)形成(cheng)及特點產生重要(yao)影響。

第二,中華(hua)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)具有(you)(you)突出的(de)包(bao)容性,從根本上決定了(le)中國(guo)式現(xian)(xian)代(dai)化進(jin)程中形(xing)(xing)成的(de)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)類(lei)(lei)(lei)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)新形(xing)(xing)態(tai)(tai),擁有(you)(you)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)互(hu)鑒(jian)、共(gong)(gong)同(tong)(tong)發展(zhan)的(de)平(ping)等價(jia)值(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)觀(guan)和(he)(he)開(kai)放胸懷。中華(hua)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)現(xian)(xian)代(dai)化有(you)(you)雙重含義,一(yi)是(shi)中華(hua)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)的(de)復興(xing),一(yi)是(shi)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)類(lei)(lei)(lei)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)的(de)進(jin)步。提出人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)類(lei)(lei)(lei)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)新形(xing)(xing)態(tai)(tai),體(ti)(ti)現(xian)(xian)的(de)就(jiu)是(shi)這種雙重的(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)自(zi)(zi)覺和(he)(he)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)自(zi)(zi)信。中國(guo)為追(zhui)求現(xian)(xian)代(dai)化,對西方文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化的(de)了(le)解和(he)(he)研究,對人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)類(lei)(lei)(lei)先進(jin)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)成果的(de)學(xue)習和(he)(he)借鑒(jian),已經持續(xu)了(le)將近兩個世紀。在探索(suo)和(he)(he)推進(jin)中國(guo)式現(xian)(xian)代(dai)化進(jin)程中形(xing)(xing)成的(de)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)類(lei)(lei)(lei)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)新形(xing)(xing)態(tai)(tai),擁有(you)(you)與(yu)不同(tong)(tong)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)交(jiao)往(wang)交(jiao)流交(jiao)融(rong)的(de)歷史取(qu)向(xiang)和(he)(he)對世界(jie)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)兼(jian)收并蓄的(de)開(kai)放胸懷。從不同(tong)(tong)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)體(ti)(ti)系的(de)關系上講,平(ping)等互(hu)鑒(jian)是(shi)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)類(lei)(lei)(lei)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)新形(xing)(xing)態(tai)(tai)在世界(jie)多元化文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)格局中的(de)相處之道(dao);推動構(gou)建人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)類(lei)(lei)(lei)命運共(gong)(gong)同(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti),是(shi)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)類(lei)(lei)(lei)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)新形(xing)(xing)態(tai)(tai)占據(ju)道(dao)義高(gao)點的(de)理想目(mu)標(biao),也是(shi)不同(tong)(tong)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)體(ti)(ti)系都應該追(zhui)求的(de)理想目(mu)標(biao);弘揚(yang)和(he)(he)平(ping)、發展(zhan)、公平(ping)、正義、民主、自(zi)(zi)由的(de)全(quan)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)類(lei)(lei)(lei)共(gong)(gong)同(tong)(tong)價(jia)值(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),是(shi)向(xiang)這一(yi)理想目(mu)標(biao)前進(jin)的(de)思(si)想文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化基礎;全(quan)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)類(lei)(lei)(lei)共(gong)(gong)同(tong)(tong)價(jia)值(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),是(shi)我們能(neng)夠理直氣壯地把(ba)我們創造(zao)的(de)新的(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)形(xing)(xing)態(tai)(tai)稱之為“人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)類(lei)(lei)(lei)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)新形(xing)(xing)態(tai)(tai)”的(de)價(jia)值(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)觀(guan)支(zhi)撐。
